MCS Alumni Profile: Andrew Pearson

How did the MCS department help you get where you are today? It taught me how to read, manipulate, and understand data sets. Using logic to mold data into a useful form can simplify data integration and analytics. Also I used examples from projects and papers from both Modeling and Applied Statistics classes to help job interviewers and colleagues understand the types of work that keep me interested.
